FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be available for pickup at the shed at Hawkins park sometime during the last week in July, before the first game on 8/5. You can pick up your order at practice or at one of the games on Saturday. Please find any CWSA board member to retrieve your order for you.

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final, unless there is a defect or decoration error. We inspect each item of apparel for quality and any defects before it is printed or embroidered.  If you find a defect or error with your order, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund. We cannot offer exchanges for printed or embroidered apparel if the wrong size is ordered.

How do I order the correct size product?

If in doubt, please click on the sizing link found in the description under each apparel item. This is where you will find the manufacturer’s sizing information. To get the most accurate size, we recommend you find a similar product at home, and measure it in inches and compare those measurements to the manufacturer’s sizing information. Please note that every apparel manufacturer in the world has some degree of manufacturing tolerance. In other words, the distance in inches could have up to a 10% variation, plus or minus. If you are still unsure about what size to order, please contact us before you place your order and we will try to help.
